Our Pantheon branch in Cypress, CA is looking for a full time Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service Professional with a background in epoxy coatings, that has the drive to sell AND has a strong interest in the construction industry. We need someone who is self-driven, detail oriented and energetic.
For over 5 years, Pantheon has provided excellent customer service and expert technical advice, using high-quality, field-tested products manufactured by the industry leaders to support customers in providing superior work. Pantheon is a family-owned business doing sales all over the country from our California, Colorado and website operations.
This position has the potential to grow into higher level sales and/or management. The expectations of this position include but are not limited to:
- Manage existing customer relationships through internal sales and technical support
- Manage and use our CRM system to document sales calls.
- Develop a high level of product and industry knowledge
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through supporting them with acquired industry expertise
- Proposing innovative ideas to increase market share
- Going the extra mile for the customer
Minimum qualifications of this position include but are not limited to:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous sales/customer service experience
- Professional demeanor with strong verbal communication skills
- Expert overall computer skills including but not limited to: POS systems, MSOffice, CRM
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- A desire for continuous learning, goal-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Must have strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
- Must be patient, flexible and a true people person
- Must be able to demonstrate advanced persuasive skills
